I'm so excited to be posting pics! Yeehaw! As they say in the south and I'm not even southern! heheh! Today I'm posting 5 tops to be worn with the 5 bottoms from yesterday. You will notice the printed t-shirt does not go with the printed skirt. That's okay to have one that doesn't go. But for the most part, when building a traveling wardrobe, you want to make sure that the majority of your tops can be worn with each of your bottoms! Notice the cream blouse can be worn with every single bottom I have listed...even the white pants. It will be the accessories that will bring it together. The other item shown today is a denim jacket. This can be worn with every combination and looks chic while keeping you warm on a chilly night or in a chilly restaurant. I think all wardrobes should have a denim jacket. Now girls, there's one rule. Never wear denim with denim. That's the reason I show an off white sweater...for when you are wearing your jeans or denim shorts, you'll throw this on, and not the denim jacket for warmth. Feel free to wear the sweater in place of the jacket anytime, too. So here you go....tomorrow I'll post shoe options. Also, I realize that most of the clothes this week are for a gal with a pretty good figure. Next week, I'll post a wardrobe for a fuller size girl....one that hides our fluffy areas!

Morning from Oregon! :)
I actually have that black shirt on right now. I know you told me black isn't my color but I have a lot of black.
You would be proud of me...I got two new shirts yesterday (a button down 3/4 sleeve light pink yesterday and one that is similar to the green shirt but it was lavender). My hubby was so happy because he gets tired of all my dark clothes. I was laughing as I opened my closest and saw that light pink shirt among my dark clothes.
So, a denim jacket works for every color swatches group?
I still can't find a purse but I am actively looking.

P.S. I meant to ask...where are you buying these clothes.
Amy, I'm not buying them...I'm finding pics on the internet and bringing them direct to you! LOL! So glad to know you are shopping a little more colorfully lately!
i love that printed shirt!!
Can you tell us where you found these items? I'm especially interested in the cream cardigan.
I'll just order this wardrobe and be done... But I promised my husband that I am in the market for a denim skirt and I'm done for the season. He laughed. Although since reading here and looking at my closet, I need a new red top too.
I am enjoying this info and thank you for taking the time to share!
Shari, If you bought all the tops and pants at the places you found them, about how much do you figure it would cost?? Just trying to get a budget idea :)
Dear Anonymous (you need a new name!) I purposely didn't put the prices on these because I wanted to show an "example" of a wardrobe. YOU need to decide what is in YOUR budget...and that goes for each and everyone of you. Honestly, you could find each one of these items (or something close to them) at Target or Walmart...and at Saks Fifth Avenue. The quality would be very different but you could certainly find pieces that were similar. BUT, just cause you asked, I will go back and do a search on these items and let you know where they came from and what the cost...but PLEASE keep in mind I didn't post them for prices, only for the way they looked! Give me a few hours to get this done tonight, but I'll do it! Shari
