What to Wear: Still in Guatamala!

Hi all! I've gotta keep this short today because I have very limited access to the internet here in Guatamala! Luke and I are having such a wonderful time and it's so awesome to watch your children experience a mission trip for the first time. It is lifechanging and each student here is having break throughs and glorious encounters with God.
*
A special thank you goes out to Dawn Tugman last week for guest posting for me. You did a fabulous job, Dawn!
*
In keeping this short, I want to bring you an update about the Color E-site. Based on all the feedback we've been getting, it appears that the site is accurate about 90% of the time. And that's not good enough.
*
So right now Dave  and the web team are working on some changes. The main one is that because we know the colors can be slightly different on each person's computer screen, and the way you see your own hair color, eye color and skin color may be slightly different than it actually is, (even though we've determined that the majority of you ARE getting it right) we are making a change that when you purchase a color swatch, you are invited to email a picture of yourself to me in your most natural state (face, girlie!) and I will confirm your outcome and send you the appropriate swatches. I'm excited about this change. Also, if you've ordered your swatches since the site went 'live' we will also refund you a credit for the new price of the color swatches. The new price is $19.99 and that includes shipping! If you've ordered swatches since the site has been up, since June 23rd, you are encouraged to send me a picture by email and let me confirm your outcome as well. If you need a different set of swatches we'll send you a new set free of charge!
*
We really want this site to be as accurate as possible so we're doing our best to make it be just that. Thank you for your patience!
*
Next week I'll come back with answers to your questions from the last 2 weeks and some exciting new stuff! Love you all!
Sorry to have to keep this short but the Guatamalans are calling!
*
love, Shari

Sorry this double posted. I see, looking on down, that you are. If you "met" Katherine Stimpson, I am her mom! :)

She is on team 6. She will be very surprised that I found your blog while she and you were both on this trip!

I wanted to ask a question (well, 2, actually)--I don't know if this is the best place to do it.

1. Where can a woman shop if she is both tall and overweight? Most places stop their tall sizes at 18, but some of us need more than that--it makes it very hard to find clothes that fit well.

2. What kind of shoes do you think look good with jeans?

Thanks.

My husband's first mission trip with me comes to mind and how God can change hearts through them.

OK....so I want to order the swatches but I want to send a pic of myself to be sure I have it right. Do I go ahead and go through the process of ordering the swatches and then just email you my picture and you will match the photo name with the order? Just want to be sure I do it right!

I have 3 questions.

1. Using colors is there a way to make me look older? I'm a soft.

2. I've brokenout...again. How do I prevent breakouts?

3. What is a DCC? I see all of ya'll talking about it and I can't figure out what is!
