What to Wear Wednesday:DEEP

Happy Spring you pretty ladies!!!!!

I wish I could tell you I had a fabulous, relaxing week in Florida but my husband ended up getting really sick and we couldn't go! He is just now better beginning today. He got bronchitis, we ended up in the ER at the VA and it still took him another 10 days to start feeling better. So needless to say, I had a break from writing, but that's about it. Oh well, we'll try again.

But, it's Wednesday and I feel like talkin' about some fashion!

Guess what I'm giving you girls today? The link to the Spring Webinar!  You'll learn all about the spring trends and the essentials you'll need to update your wardrobe! Just in case you missed it a few weeks ago, here is the recorded version for you to listen to at your leisure:

I hope you enjoy it!

Next, there are a couple prizes I need to call out winners for and that is for the Cool Swatches and the Warm Swatches. The winners for those are:

Cool Swatches: Tricia

Warm Swatches: Kristi-twoboys

All you girls need to do is email me at Shari@FashionMeetsFaith.com and give me your mailing address...the swatches are already in the mailing envelopes and just waiting on your addresses!

I mailed some other prizes out today so if you're still waiting on yours, look for it in a day or so.

Okay, let's get started! Today I am featuring

Deep!

Take a look at some pictures of women with Deep as their DCC:

And some more:

You see, the most dominant characteristic of someone who has DEEP as their DCC, is their hair and eyes. With the above picture, even though her hair is highlighted, her eyes are soooo dominant and noticeable, the deep colors will be the best on her.

Now take a look at some fashion colors that work for a DEEP:

And finally makeup shades:

So there ya go!

Today I'm giving away 2 sets of swatches! One for Deep and one for Light since I forgot to do that on the day Light was featured! So girls, tell me why you want a color swatch set!

Hope you all have fun listening to the Spring Webinar!!!

Love you girls...glad to be back!

Shari

So sorry to hear your break didn't go well Shari. I hope that your hubby's feeling much better and that the rest of the family could have a bit of a hol. It's nice to see you back again.

Welcome back, Shari, so sorry your time off didn't go as planned. I am a deep (I already know that thanks to you) and have swatches and your book. (so don't need them) I always look forward to your posts and glean something new out of each one.

Good morning, Shari! Sorry your break wasn't as relaxing as you'd hoped! I sure hope your hubby is feeling much better soon! Prayers for all of you!

I'm a deep and got your book for Christmas. I'm still working on updating my wardrobe and would LOVE the swatches to carry with me. Haven't been able to afford those just yet but think they'd be fabulous!

Have a blessed week!

Hi Shari, I am not a deep but both of my girls (and my son) are. I would love to have the deep swatches so that I can make sure when I shop for them that I'm getting something that will look pretty on them. I hope your hubby is feel completely better soon and that you get another break soon that you can just really enjoy.

Yeah, Shari is back!! I missed your posts! :) I am so sorry that you didn't get your Florida vacation and that your hubby got so sick! I know there have been all kinds of nasty bugs going around KS. I hope he is completely well soon and that you and Luke stay healthy! Sometimes a stay-cation can be relaxing also, so I hope you got plenty of rest with him. :) I am a soft so I don't need the dark swatches. I am looking forward to seeing your Webinar since I missed it. Thank you so much for re-posting it. :) God bless you and your family Shari!

Hey Shari! I would love to have the deep swatches to give to my beautiful grown daughter! I would hate for her to do like her mother did and dress in the wrong colors for 20 years!! LOL

I also have a question. I am a cool with salt/pepper hair. My question is, are all ladies who have gray or salt/pepper hair cool?

Shari, sorry to hear you couldn't go to FL; hope your husband has recovered fully from bronchitis.
I am a warm; so don't need the deep swathes.

Glad you are back!

Shari,
Question, I took the color analysis and it says I am a Clear. But the characteristics for Deep are similar to the ones listed for Clear. What is the difference between Deep and Clear?
Thanks,
Cynthia

it's a pleasant surprise to see you back!

I'm bummed that I can't get the spring webinar to work. it's just a black screen, and I did download that gomeeting suggestion. hmm...I'd love to see it. I'll try and get my hubby to help me, I'm not all that computer saavy. :0

Hi Shari! Welcome back!

I would love a set of light swatches. I finally picked up your book over the weekend, and was planning on cleaning out my closet, but now I'm feeling a little overwhelmed/unsure of all of it and could use a little extra in the resource department. Thanks!
